Registered Dental Hygienists (RDH) are in high demand to go beyond “cleaning teeth” and provide Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy (OMT) as a necessary adjunct service to Expansive / Interceptive Orthodontic Therapy.

Join industry leaders Brittny Sciarra and Karese Laguerre in this one-of-a-kind course that teaches the RDH how to become an Orofacial Myofunctional Therapist and integrate this high demand specialty into their existing dental practice.

I have taken other introductory OM courses, and while they were good in their own way, there is just so much material to get through, the other courses often felt disorganized, cluttered, and confusing. Karese Laguerre, RDH

Orofacial Myofunctional Therapist

Karese is a dental hygiene 2013 graduate of the University of Medicine and Dentistry NJ and received her orofacial myology training from the IAOM in 2017. Karese owns her own private practice, The Myo Spot in New Jersey and is an industry leader in the quest for myofunctional therapy awareness and public education.

Her latest published book, Accomplished, delves into how to sleep better, eliminate burnout, and execute goals.

Brittny Sciarra, BS, RDH, COM®

Orofacial Myofunctional Therapist

Brittny earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Dental Hygiene from the Forsyth School of Dental Hygiene at Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in 2011. She began her orofacial myofunctional therapy (OMT) journey in 2016. Brittny is the owner of CT Orofacial Myology and an accomplished industry leader. You can find her on her popular podcast, I SPY WITH MYO EYE.
